data processing
General provisions
This privacy policy sets out how the personal data of users of the .neurocartel website (neurocartel.com) is processed.
What data we collect
When you fill in the request form we collect your name and phone number (or another contact you give us to reach you). We also collect anonymised technical data automatically when you visit the site — see sections 05-08.
How we use the data
The data is used only to get back to you about your request and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for by the law of the Russian Federation.
Data storage
The data is stored on secure servers and deleted at your written request.
Cookies
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. The site itself does not use cookies for advertising and does not keep personal data in them. Cookies are set by the Yandex Metrica analytics service (section 06) to tell new visits from repeat ones and to count traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies for the same purpose (section 07).
By continuing to use the site you agree to the use of cookies and to the processing of anonymised visit data for the purposes listed below. If you disagree, disable cookies in your browser settings or use the options in section 08.
Yandex Metrica
The site runs the Yandex Metrica counter (a service of YANDEX LLC). It collects anonymised visit data:
- cookie and browser identifier, IP address, approximate location (city);
- device type, browser, operating system, screen resolution;
- addresses of the pages viewed, referral source, time on site;
- clicks, scrolling and mouse movements — for the click map and Webvisor (an anonymised recording of actions on the page);
- goal completions: request sent, click-through to Telegram or WhatsApp, scroll depth.
We use this data only in aggregate: to understand how visitors use the site, to find errors and awkward spots and to see where requests come from. We cannot and do not try to identify you from it. The data is processed by YANDEX LLC under its privacy policy and Metrica terms of use.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager, a container that loads analytics counters. On its own it does not collect personal data. No services that collect visitor data are currently loaded through it; if we connect a new analytics service, this section will be updated before it starts working.
Separately from the container, the site runs a Google Analytics counter (a service of Google LLC). It collects the same anonymised data as Metrica (section 06), except for the click map and Webvisor: cookie and browser identifier, IP address and approximate location, device and browser, pages viewed, referral source, scrolling and goal completions. We use it only in aggregate and for the same purposes. Google processes the data, including on servers outside Russia, under its privacy policy.
How to opt out
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site keeps working;
- install Yandex Metrica blocker — an official browser add-on that stops Metrica from collecting data on all sites;
- install Google Analytics blocker — Google official add-on with the same effect for Google Analytics;
- use private browsing or a tracker blocker.
