What vertical videos are
Vertical videos are short 9:16 clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. For business they are produced in batches of 100 videos a month and up, because the platforms' algorithms need a steady stream of publications rather than the occasional lucky clip.
Production covers the whole cycle: brief, scripts with hooks, video generation, voiceover, music, subtitles, editing and publishing. The client gets a finished batch and a metrics report.
How many vertical videos a business needs, and why in batches
The minimum order is 100 videos a month. That number is not arbitrary: platforms test every publication on a small audience, and finding the combinations that work takes enough attempts. A hundred videos show which scripts and formats hold viewers, and the next batch is built on them.
| Track | Minimum volume | Video length | First batch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mass vertical videos | from 100 a month | 15-60 sec | 5-7 days |
| Versioning | ×100 copies and more from one | depends on the source | 3-5 days |
| Mass posting | thousands of publications | depends on the source | 2-4 days |
| AI YouTube channel | daily publishing | 2-8 min | 10-14 days |
| Handcrafted videos | by script | 30 sec - 3 min | 14-21 days |
Vertical videos on Shorts, Reels and TikTok: what differs
Videos go out to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok. Material is adapted for each platform separately: length, pace, captions, safe zones and the position of the call to action all differ, so the same clip does not work everywhere as it is.
- Shorts: up to 60 seconds, often sends the viewer to the channel or site
- Reels: short clips built around holding the first seconds
- TikTok: dynamic delivery, fast editing, captions in frame
How the process looks
The process repeats from batch to batch: brief, scripts, production, approval of a pilot batch, publishing and reporting. Approval sits mid-cycle for a reason: the client signs off on the delivery in the first videos, and scaling then runs without stopping for edits halfway through a batch.
- brief: product, market, languages and geos, platforms, volume, tone and topics to avoid
- scripts: hooks, structure and calls to action for the niche and language
- production: video, voiceover, music, subtitles, editing
- approval: pilot batch and revisions
- publishing: going live, plus mass posting by geo
- reporting: platform metrics for every batch
What we need from the client, and what stays with them
To start, a product, a market and a list of platforms are enough. Production takes care of the rest. Music and voiceover are created in-house, no third-party tracks end up in the videos, and all material including the rights is handed to the client. If a video fails platform moderation, it is redone at the vendor's cost.
