How turnkey production is organised
This is a full-cycle service where video production is set up as a line: instead of one-off projects the client gets batches of videos on a schedule. The tracks inside the line are vertical videos, a YouTube channel, versioning and mass posting. Handcrafted videos are not part of the line: they are made one at a time.
What the work includes
Production covers the whole cycle, so the client does not have to assemble contractors: scripts, video generation, voiceover, music, subtitles, editing, versioning, publishing and reporting are all done by us. On the input side we need a product, a market and platforms.
- brief: product, market, languages and geos, platforms, volume, tone and topics to avoid
- scripts: hooks, structure and calls to action for the niche and language
- production: the video from end to end, from frame to sound
- versioning: copies for platforms, geos and languages
- publishing: going live, plus mass posting by geo
- reporting: platform metrics for every batch
How volume and cost are counted
The price is built from three parameters: monthly video volume, format and platforms. The bigger the batch, the lower the cost per video, because the preparation part of the cycle is spread across more units. A quote is calculated for a specific volume after the brief.
| Track | Volume | First batch |
|---|---|---|
| Mass vertical videos | from 100 a month | 5-7 days |
| AI YouTube channel | daily publishing | 10-14 days |
| Versioning | ×100 copies and more from one | 3-5 days |
| Mass posting | thousands of publications | 2-4 days |
| Handcrafted videos | by script | 14-21 days |
What the contract fixes
The contract sets volume and pace, timelines, rights to the material, the moderation process and reporting. If a video fails a platform's check, it is redone at our cost rather than billed separately. Clients and material are covered by an NDA.
- monthly video volume, batch size and publishing schedule
- timelines for each track
- rights to the material and the music
- redoing videos that fail moderation at our cost
- reporting on publications and platform metrics
- confidentiality: NDA
Why a stream beats one-off projects
Platform algorithms react to regularity: one-off publications give you no statistics to pick the combinations that work. A stream gives comparable data from batch to batch, so decisions are made on metrics rather than taste. On top of that, the preparation part of the cycle, strategy, scripts and setup, pays off on volume.
